1. Payment and Currency

  1. What payment methods to you accept?
    • We accept most standard credit cards through our web portal, as well as Apple and Google Pay. For EFT / E-Transfer payments, please reach out to us for direct billing.
  2. What Currency is your website in?
    • All pricing is in CAD (Canadian Dollar). Sorry we currently do not accept other currencies.
  3. Do you offer Gift Certificates
    • Sorry, our system currently does not support gift certificates.

2. Privacy Policy

  1. What is your general privacy policy?
    • We follow all Canadian rules and regulations with regards to your data and privacy.
  2. What do you do with Credit card information?
    • We do not store any credit card information in our Database, all credit card transactions are processed through a credited card processing company (Currently Stripe).
  3. What about my personal information?
    • We do not sell any Data to 3rd parties. Your data will only be used by us, and any other as authorized by us to deliver your product, or provide you information as requested and/or as per Canadian regulations.

3. Refund / Return Policy

  1. Can I have a refund?
    • Sorry, we do not offer refunds. If there is a problem with your purchase, please let us know, and we will work with you to reach a mutually satisfactory conclusion.

  3. There was a problem with my order, how can I get it resolved?
    • Please reach out to us on our Contact Us form, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
  4. I no longer need this item you shipped to me, what can I do?
    • Reach out to us on our Contact Us form, and if the item is still in a resalable condition, then we may approve a store credit, but the item must be returned at your expense. Do not return any items without prior approval. Items returned without authorization will be discarded.
  5. How long do I have to raise an issue?
    • Thirty (30) days from when it was shipped.

4. Shipping

  1. Why did my package arrive in Adventure Dice packaging?
    • All shipping fulfilment is done by Adventure Dice using Canada Post. This is to be expected.
  2. Do you Drop Ship?
    • No, all our products are made in house, and often made to order. We make it, we quality control it, we (have Adventure Dice) ship it.
  3. How long does shipping take?
    • Shipping with Canada Post can take 2 to 14 days. Once your order ships, please allow up to 3 weeks before reaching out to us. This does not include any time required to make and package it. Please be sure to watch your emails for updates on when it actually ships.

5. Wholesale

  1. Do you wholesale?
    • Our games and Hobby items are available at wholesale pricing for businesses wanting to sell our products. Please Contact Us for more information about our wholesale program, including margins, minimum order amounts, and delivery lead times.
  2. How are your products packaged for retail?
    • All items for wholesale are packaged in single units using corrugated cardboard. Labels contain product descriptions and a Code-39 barcode for inventory tracking.
